| I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR) and the (GRI) designation - Graduate of the Realtor Institute. In addition, I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, and hold the CRS designation. I have the education and experience working with sellers of both residential homes and land. These residential properties include homes qualifying for 'Premier Status' within Windermere; and, with my designations and specialized training--the luxury home market. |

| One of my strengths is the ability to utilize technology to market my seller's properties. Advertising in the right places and understanding how to target the right markets, are just some of the ways of finding that "right buyer." I work in north King and in Snohomish county; my network of referral agents support my business outside of my area of primary focus. |
